Amazing @properties |Christie’s International Real Estate Holiday party! Miso salmon, scallops wrapped in bacon, shrimp, gourmet salads, steak…plus incredible desserts: cake pops, brownies, chocolate kisses, bars, cookies….delicious food. A perfect location for a private holiday party.

Came for Valentine’s. Atmosphere was superb, the lights are dim, the music isn’t too loud, the restaurant is decorated well. Food was wonderful, cooked to our liking and served beautifully. Service was amazing, Santiago was our server and he was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable - with great recommendations.

Anniversary Dinner at Sophia Steak – A Perfect Celebration We celebrated our anniversary at Sophia Steakhouse in Lake Forest, and they truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt special—welcomed with a personalized menu celebrating our day and a glass of toasting champagne brought over as we sat down. Such a thoughtful and elegant start to the evening. We chose to sit in the bar area, which was comfortable, quiet, and intimate—perfect for a relaxed yet special night out. We started with the Oysters Rockefeller, and they were hands-down the best we’ve ever had—rich, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. For our entrées, I enjoyed the hanger steak with sautéed onions, while my husband went for his favorite, the burger. Both were exceptional. We shared a side of creamed spinach, and everything came with crisp, flavorful truffle fries—a decadent touch that tied the meal together beautifully. To top it all off, our server surprised us at the end with a gelato sundae, complete with a flaming candle, adding just the right celebratory flair to close out the evening. From the incredible food to the attentive, thoughtful service, Sophia Steak made our anniversary dinner feel truly special. We’ll definitely be back.

Quaint and cosy little steak restaurant nestled in the township of Lake Forest. The scallops and grilled octopus are recommended. Reservations required as it’s a pretty popular place. Parking can get a little tricky during peak times.

Came here to celebrate our Sailors graduation! So thankful we found them! Our food was amazing. They catered to our every need, water glass always filled. Warm bread and butter before dinner and that dinner!!!!! Wow! Also recommend the chocolate cake!

From start to finish it was a wonderful meal. Staff is friendly and attentive. The steaks were cooked as ordered and very flavorful. Zero complaints.

Had an excellent, not just meal, but experience, here to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday! Champagne to start the meal, personalized menu, celebratory dessert with sparkly candle! The food was excellent. Filet mignon, sea scallops- both delicious! Octopus app was also very good as was the lobster bites! Only thing better was the attentive and friendly service from Fernando! He made our night very special!

The valet service was excellent. I made a reservation and got seated right away. The service was flawless, and everyone loved their dishes. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the dessert is a must.
